K-Pop idols have incredibly busy schedules, especially when they’re promoting. (G)I-DLE‘s Yuqi opened up about the rigorous schedules that idols endure for their comebacks, explaining that idols typically head to salons around 1 A.M. Then they arrive at broadcasting stations around 5 or 6 A.M. and finish their days usually around 10 P.M.
With such intense schedules, it’s only natural that idols often have to eat meals in their cars as they’re transported to schedules. In her recent vlog, LE SSERAFIM‘s Sakura explained that during “FEARLESS” promotions, she ate kimchi jjigae about five times a week during their five-week promotions.
During our “FEARLESS” promotions I ate this kimchi jjigae… Our promotion was five weeks and it’s the honest truth that I ate this about five times a week. That’s 25 times. Maybe even more. I ate this every single day.
And while Sakura has certainly mastered the technique of eating stew while in a moving vehicle, which requires her to wear a cloth to prevent anything from getting on her clothes…
Chaewon is not so confident.
How do I not spill this? I’ll have to tuck [the cloth] in.
The idol does her best to avoid spilling the stew as the car moves, even taking an extra cloth to ensure none of the food gets on her clothes.
Hold on, hold on, this is scary.
Sakura even suggests that Chaewon eat the delicious stew with rice but worries that Chaewon won’t be able to hold the rice while eating.
And the rice… Maybe you can’t handle that yet.
But with Sakura and Eunchae‘s support, especially with Sakura’s warnings about upcoming turns, Chaewon can successfully enjoy her breakfast.
You have to control the movement of your body too.
Although it may be challenging to eat in a moving vehicle, at least fans can rest assured that LE SSERAFIM are eating well.
