She starts by stretching and warming up her body to prepare herself for some fasted cardio.
Working out on an empty stomach first thing in the morning means your body is no longer processing and digesting food and instead takes energy from fat sources. This leads to increased weight loss.
After completely stretching out her body, she’s ready to begin the quick and easy workout that even beginners can do!
First, she starts by walking at a brisk pace on a flat elevation.
After 10 minutes of this, she puts the elevation to max height…
and continues to walk at this pace uphill.
After another 10 minutes, she begins jogging.
All together, the 30-minute cardio routine is a perfect way to jumpstart your metabolism and your day!
