EXO‘s Xiumin and EXO-L have done it once again! It’s been a little more than a week since EXO-Ls bought up all the chapstick that Xiumin was using on an episode of Travel Around the World on EXO’s Ladder, and now the “sell out fairy” has done it once again!
The other day, Xiumin finally made his return to Instagram and surprised fans with a jaw-dropping photo of him playing soccer in the rain. Since fans have been eagerly awaiting his return and even made him a trending topic on Twitter last week because they missed him, it should come as no surprise then that many fans celebrated by adding to his sell-out record!
In less than a day after posting the photo, the Nike headband that Xiumin can be seen wearing in the photo has been completely sold out in every single color!
As EXO-L know this is certainly not the only time Xiumin has caused products to sell out in an incredibly short amount of time. The lip balm from a week ago was sold out in only two days, the MLB bag he sponsored back in March 2018 sold out as soon as the ad was released, and the skincare and toothbrush Xiumin used on It’s Dangerous Beyond the Blankets sold out in a few days back in 2017!
And it’s not like this is a new phenomenon either! Back in 2014, Xiumin created the “Xiumin mocha bread phenomenon” when he was seen eating the delicious bready goodness which caused mocha bread to be sold out in all bakeries across South Korea!
That was with only about 5-seconds of screen time too!
