CL’s first Instagram posts in about a month have fans in a frenzy guessing if she could be teasing a comeback. The first post, uploaded March 26, is a black and white portrait of the singer’s face featuring her signature cat-eye eyeliner.
For a caption, CL chooses “+camera massage+”. There are two things you can count on for CL’s captions. First, they’ll be short and cryptic. Second, there will be plus signs.
In the second, posted March 28, she offers the simple caption, “+rune+”. One fan commented “RUNE? JUNE?” grasping at straws to somehow tie this post to a long-awaited comeback from CL. We’ve all been there.
Another fan is tired of the guessing game and wants answers now. Their heart can’t take the suspense.
Even more fans are begging her to do something that’s a common theme in her comment sections: leave her company, YG Entertainment and be free to release music as she pleases.
Earlier this week, producer Brian Lee posted snippets of CL singing on what netizens think to be the original demo for the DJ Snake and Justin Bieber’s hit, Let Me Love You. CL also recently returned to Korea from a secret rendezvous in Mexico that made fans turn up their eyebrows in curiosity.

Whatever the story behind this recent increase in activity from CL is, GZBz hope it means that she will finally be back soon with new music.
