Wheesung’s Drug Trial Results In Probation Sentence

The probation period is two years.

On March 9, the trial took place for Wheesung’s violation of the Drug Control Act and resulted in sentencing.

The singer was found to be guilty of habitual use of Propofol, a sleep anesthetic, and has received a sentence of one year in prison, in the case of law violation during his two years on probation.

In August of last year, he was indicted for illegally using Propofol. The first trial hearing, which was then held on January 19, saw Wheesung pleading guilty to most of his charges and a sentence of three years in prison.

In response, it was revealed that Wheesung had been having a hard time after the passing of his father and other acquaintances. Representatives of the singer also commented on his mental health, stating that he showed symptoms of depression and a panic disorder, resulting in extreme thoughts.
