With her rising fame, it was recently announced that Ji A would be a guest on the popular Korean show Knowing Bros. As per the tradition, all the guests wear school uniforms, and Ji A looked effortless in her own interpretation of the dress code.

Alongside the statement blazer that all the guests wear, Ji A puts a fashionable spin on the outfit by teaming it with a cropped shirt, above the knee grey skirt, black boots, and a cute bow. Although it was very different from other guests, it was what netizens expected from the influencer, stylish and modern.

In particular, netizens noticed how the outfit emphasized her stunning proportions as it made her legs look longer and showcased her toned abs seen on Single’s Inferno.

As expected, she was also a natural in front of the camera, greeting the media and perfectly showing her visuals.

Under the video on YouTube, netizens shared their thoughts on how beautiful she was and that she looked like a true idol.

Yet, some Korean netizens have shared very different views. Although Ji A looks beautiful, many criticized her interpretation of the classic school uniform.

One comment explained that it was necessary to comment on, and it wasn’t a criticism, just raising awareness.

It would have been fine had she worn an outfit that is designed to be revealing. She would have gotten complimented on it. But she cropped a ‘school uniform,’ which is why people are criticizing her for it. Ji A may have considered it just another outfit, but please know that such an outfit only harms the actual students who have to wear the uniforms.

Another pointed at the issues it causes due to minors wearing uniforms.

A school uniform is usually meant for minors to wear. So… it isn’t the greatest idea to alter it in a sexual way.

Although it isn’t unusual for idols to put their own twist on the outfits, many thought it was a step too far. Uniforms are usually worn by minors or those still at school and Korean netizens worry that Ji A’s outfit is promoting a “sexualized” version of students.

For example, IVE members Wonyoung and Yujin showcased their personalities with their uniforms, but for netizens, it was in a way that was still appropriate.

No matter your thoughts of the outfit, Ji A definitely knew how to turn the uniform into her own and fully showcase her visuals that have already caught the attention of netizens worldwide.
