Single’s Inferno on Netflix is the current hottest dating reality program. They have been climbing up the rankings for the global charts with their K-Drama visuals and dramatic lovelines. For those not yet in the know, a host bar caters to rich, paying female clients who are waited on by handsome and young men. More often than not, these clients can pay more to take things further with the hosts. Other times, these female clients become sponsors to these men who are mostly trying to break into the entertainment industry.

Choi Si Hun clarified on his Weibo regarding the rumors and fervently denied having worked at a host bar.

Hello, this is Choi Si Hun.

Seeing as I’ve recently gained attention through Single’s Inferno, there has been some rumors being created about me which makes me sad. Firstly, I would like to say honestly that I am not a host bar host. I’ve never done anything bad in my life and have been making an honest living. I can bet my life on this. As it is hard to convince people about this seeing as it has already gotten so much attention, I had to use a more extreme expression concerning my life, and for that, I’m sorry. I’m definitely not a host.

Both the Korean and Chinese posts made by him are the same. Hopefully with this, the rumors will be put to rest.
