MONSTA X’s Joohoney To Return From Hiatus After Undergoing Anxiety Treatment

Joohoney is back.

MONSTA X‘s Joohoney will be returning from his hiatus he took to undergo treatment for anxiety soon, coinciding with the group’s comeback.

According to an exclusive report from Joy News24, Joohoney will be resuming his activities and join MONSTA X’s comeback that is planned for within the first half of 2020. Recently, he made the decision to resume promotions as his anxiety symptoms have greatly improved.

Back on January 12, 2020, Joohoney announced he would be taking a temporary hiatus in order to focus on rest, recovery, and treatment for psychological anxiety. At the time, Starship Entertainment announced his return to the group would be determined by his recovery process and doctor’s opinion.

Since his hiatus announcement, Joohoney’s condition has noticeably improved, and after consulting with Starship Entertainment and the other MONSTA X members, the decision was made for him to return to promotions. MONSTA X is scheduled to make their comeback in the first half of 2020, and it is reported that Joohoney is more enthusiastic than ever before, preparing for their comeback.
