Kim Seon Ho Set To Make Comeback Following Massive Breakthrough In “Start-Up”

He will be moving on from “Han Ji Pyeong”.

Following his breakout performance in tvN‘s drama Start-Up, Kim Seon Ho will be returning to the broadcast company with another lead role.

According to an exclusive report from Ilgan Sports, Kim Seon Ho has been cast as a male lead role in tvN’s latest drama Mr. Hong. Mr. Hong is a remake of the 2004 movie Mr. Handy, Mr Hong, which starred the late Kim Joo Hyuk and Uhm Jung Hwa. The drama will take on the story of the movie, showcasing the romance between a woman operating a dental clinic and a do-it-all man who will take on any job for just 8,720 KRW per hour.

Kim Seon Ho would play the role of Hong Doo Shik, a man who is kind but also speaks casually to anyone and everyone, from three-year-olds to grandmothers out of habit. Oh, and he also likes to meddle in other people’s business too.

Mr. Hong will be written by The Crowned Clown writer Shin Ha Eun, however, the PD has not yet been decided. It is scheduled to air on tvN sometime in the first half of 2021.
