JTBC’s “Nevertheless” To Edit Out Kim Min Gwi As Much As Possible Due To His Cheating Controversy

The actor previously admitted to infidelity.

JTBC has responded to the ongoing situation regarding Nevertheless actor Kim Min Gwi and his cheating controversy. On July 28, a representative from the broadcast station released an official statement stating, “starting with episode 8, which will air on August 7, Kim Min Gwi will be edited out as much as possible.”

Previously, a netizen claiming to be the actor’s ex-girlfriend came forward, accusing Kim Min Gwi of “cheating on her, abusive language, and even breaking the COVID-19 quarantine procedures to meet a different girl.”

Following the accusations, the actor’s agency Big Picture Entertainment released a statement and an apology on his behalf. While Kim Min Gwi admitted to the infidelity, he denied violating any COVID-19 quarantine restrictions to meet up with a different woman.

The news came as a shock to many, as Kim Min Gwi has been starring in the hit JTBC K-Drama Nevertheless. The actor has been portraying university student Nam Gyu Hyun, alongside actors Song Kang and Han So Hee.
