Goo Hye Sun hospitalized after experiencing breathing difficulties on the set of her drama.

YG Entertainment has confirmed Goo Hye Sun’s hospitalization due to severe allergic shock and she will withdraw from her current drama.

Actress Goo Hye Sun was rushed to the emergency room earlier in the week after she complained about having shortness of breath and dizziness during a filming for her drama You’re Too Much.

At the hospital, it was determined that she had gone through Anaphylactic Shock and required further examinations. Final results determined that Goo Hye Sun would be unable to continue filming for the drama, and it is reported that she will be replaced by Jang Hee Jin.

YG Entertainment has released a statement regarding Gu Hye Sun’s status, saying,

“Hello, this is YG Entertainment.

First, we would like to apologize for causing the fans and viewers to worry.

Goo Hye Sun’s health has deteriorated and will be unable to appear on MBC drama You’re Too Much.

Goo Hye Sun had suffered bouts of dizziness and difficulties breathing during a recent shooting and as a result, she was transported to the emergency room.

The results of the hospital’s examination says ‘Gu Hye Sun is currently in the hospital due to a severe case of allergic dyspepsia and she must receive treatment.

In this situation, the drama production team, doctors, and YG Entertainment have come to a difficult decision of having Goo Hye Sun leave the drama, as her health is the most important thing.

We would like to express our gratitude to everyone who wishes Goo Hye Sun well and to MBC for being so understanding.

We will do our best so that Goo Hye Sun can return in front of all her fans in good health.”
