BTS Shares Thoughts On Their Historic GRAMMY Performance With Lil Nas X

They talked about their “surreal” experience and their hopes for the future.

BTS shared their thoughts, future goals, and more, following the 62nd Annual GRAMMY Awards.

On January 26, BTS became the first Korean artist to ever perform at the GRAMMYs. All seven members sang an all-star rendition of “Old Town Road” with Lil Nas XBilly Ray Cyrus, Mason Ramsey, Diplo, Young Thug, and Nas on a rotating stage.

After the show, BTS continued their tradition of post-show afterparties with fans. RM kicked off their live by thanking his members and every else who made their performance possible.

Even though their stage time was short, they said that being on it was an acheivement in itself. The experience was “surreal”.

The members expressed their desire to perform one of their own songs at a future GRAMMY ceremony…

…but they’re taking things one step at a time.

RM sent this message to The Recording Academy, “We hope to do more next time, please.” Hopefully, this wish will come true, and soon!
