BTS Ranks #1 In The Top 10 Best-Selling Physical Albums In The U.S.

According to a report made by Nielsen Music U.S., BTS ranked first in the Top 10 Best-Selling Physical Albums for the first of 2019 with their album “Map of the Soul: PERSONA”. The album was released back in April.

Nielsen Music U.S. analysis music figures and trends in the United States, including digital albums, digital downloads, and audio streaming.

According to the report, BTS’s album sold 312,000 copies as of June 20, 2019, claiming the number one throne. Here are the other albums that made the top 10 list:

3. Backstreet Boys – “DNA” – 273,000

4. Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper – “A Star Is Born Original Soundtrack” – 233,000

5. Queen – “Bohemian Rhapsody Original Soundtrack” – 194,000

6. Billie Eilish – “When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?” – 185,000

7. Vampire Weekend – “Father of the Bride” – 128,000

8. Khalid – “Free Spirit” – 113,000

9. Hillsong United – “People (Live)” – 111,000
