Block B’s Zico targets idol rappers in latest diss track

Block B’s Zico is creating waves across the hip hop industry in Korea releasing a new diss track titled, “My Team” dissing idols in the process. In the short track, Zico goes after “fake rappers”, and sends a direct message to other rappers telling them not to ride off his and Jay Park‘s waves. Check out the lyrics to his song below and listen to the track yourself!

I’ve become a useful reference to artist development teams.
They upload mixtapes, say they write songs and media play with my name.
If they want to make it #zico it like the coconut water
There’s so much fake rappers put together with manuals now ya know what I mean

Every dumb thing around calls me a rival when I’m having a hard time dealing with my saelf
How dare you try to get on my level y’all started with a golden spoon in your mouth Fuck that
When Jaypark and I were shattering prejudice you guys were all hiding in a corner now you try to freeload this ride

If you’re going to start cussing and pretend your big start from the bottom
Here take this and get yourself some treats I’m so big and tough if they see me with you they’ll think I’m bullying you
Get ya own dog ya heard
Styles I designed keep comin out like fashion show when your stages are over celebs are going to look at me and make some moise~! ㅗ^_^ㅗ

Netizens agreed with Zico sharing that they agreed with him, and that Zico and Jay Park definitely are on another level.

[+ 167, – 8] Woo Jiho is like a cold can of pop …. it’s like he’s clearing that stuffy feeling inside you ㅋㅋㅋ

[+ 163, – 9] Even Idol rappers need to have their own rap style if they are really rappers. Fans claim they are all slightly different but I was listening to some other group and I thought Zico was featuring.

[+ 111, -2] The thing I agree with the most is the fact that so many of them were hiding when Zico and Jay Park was trying to break the prejudice against Idol rappers. Now they try to just free load and say fuck you to people and say not to judge idol rappers.
