In honor of its 20th anniversary, renowned style magazine Cosmopolitan Korea will be featuring not one, not two, but a staggering 20 Korean celebrities on different covers this month. Here are all the stars you can expect to see on Cosmopolitan‘s September issues—from K-Pop idols to a fictional character.
1. Joy (Red Velvet)
Red Velvet‘s Joy has been taking over TV lately with her appearances on Handsome Tigers and Salty Tour, and recently became the first female SM Entertainment artist to receive a bonsang nomination without a solo debut.
2. Shownu (MONSTA X)
MONSTA X‘s Shownu has been absent lately after an unexpected eye surgery, but prior to that, he was guest-starring on Knowing Brothers and attracting attention during the group’s FANTASIA X comeback.
Recently confirmed to star in tvN‘s next drama, Suzy (who’s celebrating her 10th debut anniversary this year) also recently starred as the cover model for ELLE Korea‘s August issue too.
Sunmi recently turned heads with her J. Y. Park collaboration song, hot on the heels of her hit single “Pporappippam” and appearances on shows like Knowing Brothers.
5. Rowoon (SF9)
Although he’s recently been recovering from knee and back pain, SF9‘s Rowoon has had a great year, from starring in the Trolls: World Tour movie to his upcoming role in a JTBC drama.
6. Seo Ye Ji
Seo Ye Ji has been the talk of the town ever since It’s Okay to Not Be Okay started. She’s also become the latest style queen and fitspiration figure of the K-Drama world.

Jay Park is one of the donation kings of Korea this year. After donating $10,000 USD to the Black Lives Matter movement in May, he recently donated all the proceeds from his online concert to COVID-19 pandemic relief effots.
10. Hottie (ZEPETO)
ZEPETO is one of the hottest apps of the moment, especially since BLACKPINK joined as endorsers. One of the app’s characters, Hottie, makes it onto the list as the only non-human cover model.

Actor Jung Kyung Ho, who has been dating Girls’ Generation‘s Sooyoung for 7 years, capture viewers’ hearts this year as Hospital Playlist‘s Kim Joon Wan.
