Former KARA member Han Seungyeon joins new agency J,Wide Company

After news of KARA‘s disbandment following the expiration contract of members Park Gyuri, Han Seungyeon, and Goo Hara, reports revealed the new home of Han Seungyeon.

On January 26th, OSEN reports that Han Seungyeon has joined the agency known as J,Wide Company, home of actors Cheon Ho Jin, Bae Jong Ok, Lee Sang Yoon, Uhm Ji Won, and Go Jun Hee.

J,Wide Company said, “Han Seungyeon recently signed an exclusive contract [with us],” further praising her for being active as a talented singer and actress the last nine years. They add that whether in singing, acting, or entertainment, they will support Han Seungyeon to follow a range of activities through their management system.

“We ask for your expectations in the future activities of Han Seungyeon.”

Han Seungyeon debuted in KARA in 2007, releasing hit tracks such as “Honey,” “Pretty Girl,” “Mister,” and “Lupin,” experiencing a large amount of popularity in both Korea and Japan as well.

Since disbanding earlier this month, Goo Hara has been confirmed to join KeyEast while Park Gyuri remains a free agent.
